Our Express Logon app was designed to make banking with us fast, convenient and more secure than ever on your iPad. But recent improvements to our Mobile Banking app mean this is now the best way to bank on your tablet. So switch over now. You'll still be able to do most of the things you’re used to. Plus you’ll be able to:

- Log on even more quickly with Touch ID or Face ID (if supported on your iPad)
- Deposit cheques up to £500 using your iPad’s camera
- Set up new payees without a security call
- And more.

There are some features we’re still working to bring to the Mobile Banking app, such as transaction search and view & manage account benefits. Until we do, those features can be accessed by logging onto our website.

Issues since iOS 11

Since iOS 11 it is not possible to deal with PDF statements well. The Download PDF option does not allow you to download the PDF and the other option now to view the PDF does not allow you to forward the statement or exit the pdf view window forcing a close down and restart. I see the app has not been updated in over a year.

Works for me!

Getting used to a new version of an app always takes time but I got used to this one very quickly and I am very pleased with it. It loads quickly on iPad and iPhone and I have experienced no crashes. It does exactly what I want. Well done!

Core Foundation Framework

Core Graphics

Core Location Framework
The Core Location framework lets you determine the current location or heading associated with a device. The framework uses the available hardware to determine the user’s position and heading. Foundation Framework

Launch Services
macOS Launch Services is an API that enables a running app to open other apps or their document files, similar to the Finder or the Dock.Launch Services eliminates apps having to query the Finder to open an app, document, or URL for them.
