The worst library one could create

I had a book that I had to purchase through this app. It is by far the most poorly planned and executed utility I have ever used. Purchasing and customer service was horrible to deal with.

Bad Support and Buggy Product

If you are looking for something where the iPad or iPhone are your main platform, this is not for you. Buggy. Crashes often. If you want to read some of your books, then this might work for you. Support told me basically they aren't going to develop this any more - they are placing all their eggs in the web browser basket (mywsb.com) which is also buggy and suffers some of the same problems as this app!!! Their universal search is a great feature...when it works. The ability to search your entire library for any word or phrase - really neat and fast...but it crashes often and don't try to use any non-latin characters or any special marks like accents - that doesn't work..at least on iOS and myWSB.com (works everywhere else). So this has a good beginning, it could be great, and even though I would love for it to work wonderfully due to all of their great content that is reasonably priced, they suffer from buggy broken front end software - every platform I have tried I run into crashes, broken features, lockups, and the like, and the fact that not all of their content is available on every platform!
