Not customer service !

Terrible--trying to cancel a back order, which I was not able to do on line. Your customer service number is no longer customer service. Had to wait @ 5 minutes to get Noreen to answer the phone, who after hearing the problem said that she would transfer me to "customer service", which I thought she was supposed to be!! After waiting way too long and no answering your phone I hung up. Finally, on my cell phone there was a place to call--no number listed--clicked on this and Carol answered the phone, who canceled the back order for me. This entire ordeal took over 30 minutes and I am inclined to stop dealing with L.L.BEAN after years of satisfaction. Also, I do not like the new invoices enclosed in our orders, which do not tell you the charge of the order. I check my credit card bills and want to see the charges. Disappointed in your new direction.

Total piece of $&@"

App is painfully slow and unresponsive. Touch ID doesn't work. Regular log in doesn't work, either. With their "system upgrade" taking weeks (if not months) to complete, and their ordering and shipping processes in shambles, L.L.Bean continues to limp along. Quality and service have deteriorated noticeably, and this app is just a sad reflection of their current situation. Pathetic.

obsessed with L.L.Bean but...

This app is fine, but for as rad as L.L.Bean is as a company, it could be a little better. The Touch ID doesn't usually cooperate when I log in, and sometimes it takes a second time opening the app to get it to log me in. It's a little glitchy and slow but not terrible. Just tweak it a dab guys and it'll be perfect!!
