VIEW YOUR BENEFITS AND COVERAGE INFORMATION
Until you experience it, you may never have realized how helpful it is to have your benefits and coverage information right at your fingertips.
VIEW YOUR MEMBER ID CARD
View the front and back information on your ID card whenever you need to. Share the card information to your provider or whoever requires it at the time.

ACCESS MEMBER SERVICES
The Member Services area lets you request an ID card, change your doctor, update your contact information or ask L.A. Care a question.

VIEW CLAIMS
Access new, pending and closed claims. This feature is only available for members who receive claims.

SECURITY
You must always sign in with your username and password to access features. Without that information, no one can reach your personal data. It is safe and secure.

CAN’T ACCESS FEATURES?
You must sign in to access features. Only members of L.A. Care Health Plan are allowed to sign in and use the application.

Horrible App

You create a user name and password, but all you can do is request a specific doctor.

Pointless app

iPhone app being reviewed first. I downloaded thinking I could as was said "stay in touch with my health care information" but see no evidence that one can perform such tasks. Certainly I can see my name, doctor name and subscription number upon login, but that is it. The claim that one can view one's ID card is false. Not with the app. I just viewed it on the full site, albeit a jumbled version of the card, but the app does not provide such a function. Nor does the app provide any way to communicate with one's doctor or see results of tests. I used to have the MyChart app when I was with UCLA and all of the above was possible. The only function the LA Care provides is to see my ID number and doctor name. I have that on my card. I tried the iPad app, same. Will delete both as they are useless. As for full site, boy I will have to see about calling about helping the folks with broken links there. Pharmacy center link returns denied service, provider directory returns cannot verify server identity and so on. Will finish by saying the apps just provide your name and ability to message customer service which you can do via regular email. Don't bloat phone with useless app.

Core Location Framework
