Passbook Card not scannable and old card not importable

First, I can not enter my king Soopers card that I'm using for years via my phone number. (One has to call the atrocious "hot"line with waiting for hours). After I just conceded to create a new virtual card and add that to the passbook I have never so far been able to scan the passbook card with one of the self-service scanners. I always need a service person to scan it with one of their manual scanners. So, in two words: utterly useless.

Worked great until . . .

This app was great for loading coupons and not having to remember to bring paper copies. Now, when I load coupons on to the app, they don't come off at the checkout. I've checked and my loyalty card number is correct. Please fix this in the next update!!

Lists need fixing

Ever since this most recent update, the items on my shopping list somehow increase in quantity every time I open the app. It seems completely random and then when I decrease the amount, the items are removed completely.

Missing coupons

The main reason I use the app is for the coupons. This version deleted the list to store and view them, so there is no way to track what's been added or create shopping reminders with them. I can't even see what coupons are loaded without scrolling through the list of every single available coupon to see what might be checked. It makes the app completely useless.
