Kforce consultants can now enter time and expenses on the go. Kforce’s mobile app provides an easy way for registered consultants to complete time entry tasks and submit expenses from their iPhone or iPad. In just a few quick steps, Kforce consultants can login to securely enter and submit their hours worked and expenses for each assignment.

Requirements:

- Usage for registered existing Kforce Time Entry (KPAY) consultants
- User ID and login required to use the application
- Not applicable for KPAY punchtime and piecework consultants

Hasn't been updated in over 4 years

App is constantly pushed on time entry site yet slows down the latest phones. Lack of updates shows exactly how much kForce cares about our experience. I have a feeling no one internal reads these reviews either.

Crashes on iPhone 6+, iOS 8.1

Crashes on startup, even after rebooting phone and trying on wifi & LTE seperately. Cannot open at all. Even tried deleting app and reinstalling, not successful. Looks like the app was last updated in June, 2013. Dev's need to test on latest versions of iOS and release an update, it would seem.

no experience is worse than bad

Website invited me repeatedly to use the app to enter my time cards. I downloaded the iOS app but am blocked from logging in. Error message states the app has a "limited amount of users" and to call customer service. "F" for UX.

Good but could be better

I like the concept of having an app to enter my time instead of having to log onto my computer. However, it would be nice if my log on information could be remembered. I have a password that is lengthy to type out on the phone. I also would like to see a way to submit my CTR log through this app. As it is I still have to get into my computer and send that each week. The other change I would like to see is the hours worked default from the previous week. I work 4 ten hour days. It's time consuming to have to tap each box and change it to a 10 when the default is set to 8. Other than those changes I'm happy to have an alternative way to submit my time.

Stable & efficient!

This app rolled out three weeks after I started a new contract...and from the client's network, I am unable to access Kforce's time entry system. Even though it doesn't negate the inanity of having that site blocked, this app has saved my butt. I can check my timecard history, enter my current time, & back up a .PDF copy to my Google Drive, all from my phone, quickly & efficiently. Thanks!
