Kelsey-Seybold Clinic cares for more than 400,000 patients each year, including members of managed care plans, employer groups and the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA). In addition to physician services, Kelsey-Seybold Clinic offers a vast array of imaging and diagnostic services, including mammography, MRI, CT scans, and our Picture Archiving Communications System (PACS), which provides instantaneous transmission of medical images to physicians throughout our network of clinic locations. Impossible to reset password or user id ha

I have tried to reset my password- with so many - I pressed the "I forgot my password" this takes you to choose you security questions- granted if I forgot my password chances are I also forgot the security questions- needless to say I was not successful- it tells you either your user ID or password is incorrect-? What happen to using the email address- well after 45 minutes I finally gave up. Not happy
