Disclosure:
A purchase alert is sent as a push notification, which requires a data connection and are queued for delivery when a data connection is not available. You may not receive a push notification after every purchase but you can login to the Ink app at anytime to see your purchases regardless of if a purchase alert was sent. There is no charge from Chase, but messages and data rate charges may apply. Such charges include those from your communications service provider. Delivery of alerts may be delayed for various reasons, including service outages affecting your phone, wireless or internet provider; technology failures; and system capacity limitations. The Ink app is only available in English.

Disappointed

This app performs the basic features you would expect, but there are some glaring issues. For example, there is no touch ID. Also, you have to select which ink card you want to look at at the beginning of every single session, even if you never use the other ink card for this app. To switch cards, you have to log completely out of the app. It is not intuitive. I do appreciate that I don't have to log in to tag something, but I don't like that I cannot easily create a new tag unless I type in my password each and every time.

Horrible

My husband and I have spent the last month trying to log on at all. Every time we click login with the information the app automatically shuts itself off. How are we supposed to see usage and make payments with an app that doesn't work? Disappointed

Useless

Great app if all you want to do is see transactions at least 3 days old. It doesn't post anything from the last 3 days (even though I DID allow notifications as recommended); it won't let you make a payment; and it won't even let you see payments that have posted...only purchases. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this app.

You can't utilize touch ID, and most egregious YOU CANNOT PAY YOUR BILL FROM THE APP! Child's play from a Bank this size, unreal.
