Who We Are: The John Molson Human Resources and Management Association (JHMA), formerly known as the John Molson Human Resources Association (JMHRA) now represent all HR students and Management students. It is a student-run organization led by a group of dynamic students working together to organize events in order to expose students to the Human Resources and Management industries. We represent a constituency of approximately 450 students specializing in Human Resource Management as well as Management studies at the prestigious John Molson School of Business at Concordia University. Our Vision: Our vision as an association is to enrich student life at the John Molson School of Business by offering them guidance, tools and opportunities to jump start their professional careers upon graduation. Our Mission: Our aim is to provide students with opportunities to network with the school's Management faculty as well as Management and HR professionals in the industry. We offer platforms to connect students to the CHRP Quebec Order (CRHA) in order to attain a professional designation. We want to open doors for students' careers along with provide them with all the necessary information to achieve their goals in the HR and Management field.
