Seriously a reputable brand where many customers are prepared to pay for high quality products and the APP doesn’t work. I took my boots back to Selfridges - the manager was totally condensing saying they sell lots of these boots and never had a problem! Totally puts me off this brand!

AWFUL

I only bought these boots for the heating function. The app is completely broken - it doesn’t let you log in, it doesn’t let you connect - it doesn’t let you do anything. I am so angry - £1200 for boots that won’t work because of a poor app! I have sent so many emails to Jimmy Choo and I have just been fobbed off constantly! This is a joke. I could make a better app myself. Terrible way to treat customers. UPDATE - we’ve got nice shiny new photos I Of what the app looks like but we still can’t get into it 👍🏻

App won’t work

Been on to JC for a week now and got no where than emails and still cold boots have sent pictures of how far I’ve got and still no luck, the app I used last year worked straight away last Christmas when I got them, extremely disappointed for the price I’ve paid for them! Won’t be buy anymore of JC again and I’ve a wardrobe full of shoes and trainers!

New Boots but App won’t work

My beautiful and expensive JC boots have arrived but I cannot heat them up as it’s impossible to log in to this App. Matter escalated to JC and deleted and reinstalled App to no avail. They are now investigating further. No point having these expensive boots if you can’t heat them up! Not impressed.......
