Abhorrent customer service

Extremely hard to contact anyone via the app or phone. No one wants to solve a problem and lots of passing the buck. Not a great company to deal with

Merchandise to wrong address

I updated my billing and shipping info. Only my billing updated so my orders went to the wrong address. JCP will not help in any way. Never will I order online again.

Account access

Still can’t access my account in order to make a payment. I have to open my computer and go through all the steps in order to pay. This app is worthless. I used to be able to pay my bill through this app. Therefore I’m not shopping at Penny’s anymore. Macy’s will get all my business after having an active account for 23 years.

No support from customer service

Having problems to reset my password and have called and emailed support. They have my correct email on file and never hear back from anyone. When I call they say a ticket has been issued to resolve this. This has been going on for over 4 months. Credit customer for over 25 years.
