Can’t Add ID Card to Apple Wallet

When I click my ID Card and select the “Add to Apple Wallet” button, it opens up a blank safari web page but nothing happens. The wallet doesn’t open and the Pass is not added. Tried restarting app / phone / wallet etc, still same problem. This is main reason I downloaded the app. Please fix. iOS 14.4.2 - iPhone 7

Pretty fn useless

This app is handy for displaying my Insurance Card, but nothing else. Am trying to find a Primary Care doctor and this app can’t find one within 25 miles; even though there are dozens within five miles of my location. There’s a specific doctor I’m looking for but i can’t search by name or by medical system (UCLA). I can only search by specialty and i get no results within 25 miles. Sheesh!

This App is Horrible!

I cannot see any claims and what I can see doesn’t let me click into it. My insurance card says ER visits are $500 while the app says $600. What good is the information if you can’t actually access it. What a waste.

Terrible — No support for Face ID

This IBX app is frustrating. It requires you to log in with a password every time you want to use it. That’s not too bad, except if you forget your password, it’s even more frustrating to reset it because it asks for your ID, but it is not clear what numbers on your physical card are needed to be entered. And heaven help you if you try more than three attempts too close together in time — you are locked out for 15 minutes. Come on, IBX, spend some money on a good developer and add facial ID support for us forgetful users.
