NEW – Customers can now access myAccount self-service within the app! Enabling Hydro One customers to:
• View their bill and account balance
• Sign up for paperless billing
• Sign up for SMS notifications
• View ‘time of use’ usage details and more!

Power Outage Map

Our power outage map lets you know if there is a power outage at home or the cottage. It is updated every 10 minutes with detailed outage information, including:

• Number of customers affected
• Estimated restoration time
• Cause of the outage (if known)
• Repair crew status

The Outage Maps use colour-coded symbols to display the number of customers without service and their locations. Hydro One recognizes that this is crucial information for our customers. Now you can access it on the go.

App is VERY SLOW

App is so slow. I’ve been waiting more than 5 minutes for it to log me in so I can pay my bill. Garbage. Even their website is this slow.

Way too difficult to connect

I consistently have trouble logging in. Poor connectivity. Why the problems. On iOS 14, so it should be fully tested and supported.

Very slow

This app is not user friendly. Difficulty logging in. Very slow. You don’t stay logged in. Waste of time, I can’t get the info I need when I’d like it.

Probably the clunkiest “app” I’ve ever used

It’s basically just their website showing up in the app, and it locks up/fails to load more often than it works. Good thing we pay some of the highest rates to get such unrivalled quality customer service. Yikes

I actually can’t believe a company the size of Hydro One has an app out there that is pretty much impossible to log in to. Sweet to have a monopoly I guess.

Core Location Framework
