They literally hang up the phone when you call with a question they can’t answer right away. Also, Priceline and booking.com has much better rates and an option to cancel anytime. DONT USE THIS APP. Ur welcome .

Get worse and worse

I used this app for years and I will delete it today. 1. We ordered 4 star hotel and we found actually it is 3 star. If you order 3 star will get 2.5 star? What’s going on ? It happened a lot of times. I’m tired. 2. Price cheating. List price $98 and actually price from google only $105. Why I don’t order from other app? Thanks and bye bye

Pet Friendly?

Hotwire has a “pet friendly” filter but this is the third night in a row that we booked a pet friendly room that wasn’t cat friendly, only dog friendly. Unable to get a refund :/ Hotwire really needs a cat / dog specific filter as it seems like many hotels are NOT cat fiendly but classified as “pet friendly” on the app. This is a dealbreaker :(
