The Homz Smart Storage app solves these and similar problems for you. With Homz Smart Storage you get a complete inventory program for your iPhone or iPod touch (works also with iPad). All your important data regarding your possessions can be stored on your mobile telephone and available anywhere, anytime.

Locations and categories - Create real storage locations and organize your inventory by defining them. Eg. "locations > house > garage > red box". With a few clicks you know what is left in the red box without even opening it. Has the red box been moved from the garage into the cellar? No problem - just select „move red box“ and the complete contents of the red box will be moved in the application as well.

Search and tags (keywords) - With the search function you can quickly and painlessly find what your looking for, without searching for hours in the cellar or in the attic. The search accesses the name of the object and the tags (keywords) which you assign to the object initially.

UPC Bar Code Scanning - This function allows you to scan the UPC code for books, movies and music to quickly record the name, artist, etc. Then allows you to keep track of it’s location. A real time saver.

Guarantee expiration warning - The practical guarantee notification function will always remind you of the end of any guarantee periods on purchased items, before its too late.

Analysis and statistics - Under the menu item „analysis“ you can get a list of the total value. You can also directly forward this list via email to use further in other programs.

Links - Your inline skates and kneepads aren’t stored in the same box? With the possibility of linking your objects you can always find objects which go together.

Loans - It’s easy to forget what you have lent out, and to whom. This problem is solved with Homz Smart Storage - with a few clicks you can store who an item is lent to and when.

Local backup – Create backup files of your inventory and save them directly on your computer. You always have a backup and can restore in every event of any damage. Just keep the backup files saved.

Syncronization - With this feature (fee required) you can synchronize your data with different devices (iPod, iPhone and iPad) automatically.
