Avoid

Glitches which mean that you have to make endless phone calls to customer services who then take an age to sort things out. Definitely avoid - not worth the huge hassle.

Does it work?

I downloaded this app upon recommendation of the shop and made purchases whilst ensuring the reward app was scanned. It's never updated and I cannot add receipts. Customer services suggested it was my phone!! I've deleted it & re-installed all to no avail. Really not sure if it's worth the hassle though does a sound a good initiative if only it worked!

Good app, shame about the constant notifications

Good app from Harvey Nichols. It's a shame I keep getting constant notifications about my points every five minutes. Other than that, I'm looking forward to receiving my first reward!
