At Green Gorilla we set ourselves apart by emphasising and delivering sustainability. To this end we look at the ÔwasteÕ stream as various reusable/recyclable components and develop ways to divert our customersÕ waste from landfill to improve their environmental footprint. Being 100% kiwi owned and operated means being green is in our DNA.
Green Gorilla provide business waste and recycling solutions that start at our Gorilla Bags 60L bags (designed for small spaces) through to industrial sized 35m3 skips, catering for a full range of businesses such as; offices, retailers, cafŽs, stadiums, schools, banks, apartment complexes, facility management, retirement villages, universities, institutions, commercial, industrial and construction businesses.
Waste is collected by our fleet of Green Gorilla vehicles and transported to our purpose built 2.5ha waste processing facility in Onehunga, Auckland. This facility is our Ôjewel in the crownÕ and is dedicated to the recycling and processing of waste material. Our facility operations also include processing treated wood waste for biofuel and untreated wood waste into dry wood chip. Waste plasterboard from the construction industry is processed into gypsum for other New Zealand industries. Green Gorilla also offer secure destruction and waste sorting services.
