Misleading and Fairly Pointless
It's pretty much a map to Great Clips near you and allows them to quickly access your profile (the standard haircut you get) if you get your hair cut the exact same every time, so basically if you're 5 or 65 years old.
The app implies that when you check in if you arrive before the wait time is up you will be checked in and ready. This is not the case. I have left with 16 and 18 minute waits in the past only to nearly arrive to the salon and have the wait time jump from 2 or 3 minutes back to 15 or 20. The check in does not secure you a spot if during your travel/wait time three people show up, you will be bumped back.

No use of app/check in
As mentioned by the reviewer earlier than me, checking in the app doesn't make any differences to the your waiting time. Even after I checked in and arrived on time, i had to wait for more than 15 minutes at the shop, before i could get my hair cut.

App has always worked for me. Great tool. I too would like to see a history that would show date and stylist who cut my hair.

Wait times and lousy service
I checked in on line and it told me there was 0 wait time. I go there and there were 2 people in front of me and I had to wait for 35 minutes, so check-in times are bs. I told the "stylist" to not go very high in back and to blend it in. She did neither. I did not notice till I was home after a shower, because of the gel. This was the second and last time I go there. People if you want your hair butchered go there, if not stay away. This was at wickham commons Melbourne.
