VOIP

Why won’t FedEx allow VOIP number to validate the account for delivery scheduled. I am sure FedEx itself uses VOIP connections. I have to request a code thru snail Mail for validation of the account. After third request and three codes none work. I am sure your “overseas” programmers can be contacted via VOIP to fix a simple issue. Just amazes me how some organizations are stuck in “ma bell” mode....

Issues

How is it that nobody from your company ever does as they state especially upon returning a phone call or getting back to you because there’s issues. I was told I would receive a phone call within 72 hours multiple different times I also was told that my account rep was going to call me concerning my issues that has not called me to this day. How is it that you charge me for eight earlier delivery service but when you guys screwup and my package is not delivered say by the noon time frame and it’s not delivered until five or 6 PM at night my rate is not adjusted accordingly because you guys messed up and did not have it there within the timeframe of what I paid for for?!!

FedEx are getting better!

This app is becoming increasingly useful. Capable of displaying account-based rate quotes and even scheduling pickup at fingertip. It would be even better for users if FedEx created a Mac version of FedEx Ship Manager (Desktop version)

Poor service

For the most part your app is pretty good. The issue I have as well as most disabled customers there is no place in the instructions to the drivers to deliver directly to the persons apartment door. You need to add that to the instructions telling the drivers to deliver to the person’s apartment. Also add away to put in the door code.
