Your online farmers market: Farmdrop represents a new economic approach to food retailing whereby the benefits of cutting out the middlemen are shared between customers who enjoy fresher, healthier food at lower prices, and smaller scale producers who enjoy best-ever trading terms. Our mission is to fix the food chain, something we plan to do by providing Londoners with their best food retail experience in 2016 before scaling further afield in 2017. Our supporters include London foodies Gizzi Erskine and Thomasina Miers, we work closely with the Soil Association and have been backed by the entrepreneurs behind Asos, Love Film, Zoopla, and Street Car. As of February 2016 we received a £3M investment from Atomico. Farmdrop founder Ben Pugh has been shortlisted for the Bloomberg 2016 Innovation award for changing the environment. WeÍre a dynamic, friendly and people-focussed team that is expanding fast, working out of our hub and office in Bermondsey. Doesn‘t work

The shopping basket doesn‘t update with the products you choose. So you can’t shop. Promo codes also don’t get applied. Very disappointing experience.

Amazing

So far so good: products arrived in a fresh condition! Nothing spoiled or expired. The delivery guy was so nice and polite! Really great experience! The app is informative and updates me on what stage my order is at. I get emailed receipts and I love it!

No customer service

Non-existent customer service. No one answers the phone and no reply on to the online chat. Woke up at 7 for my 7-8am delivery and nothing arrived and there was no one for me to contact. Will NEVER use again.

Definitely a good one!

I love my Farmdrop delivery! Looking forward to editing my order thru the app instead of the website but everything else is great. Prices are higher than organic in other places but it's easily explained by Farmdrop paying small businesses and families fair prices. Love it!

Fantastic app from a user experience point of view, however the products are very expensive ! I can get organic stuff much cheaper in supermarkets !
