App crashes constantly
I have constant issues with the app crashing when I’m trying to use it. Hoping one day this will be addressed.
Update - deleting and reinstalling the app appears to resolve the issue. Hoping it’s not necessary to do that often. I appreciate the developers reaching out with that recommendation/solution.

App doesn’t load
Downloaded app and signed in since I got the email for promotional credit to do so. App just sits there a blank page after log in and does nothing. 😭

Scam
I hate this.... all I get is junk I never get adequate notice to customize... I am still mad that I did not receive my first box before Christmas I went to cancel and ended up having for to keep to use customization option... honestly it’s the worst!!! Never again with this garbage scam

Service is great but app is unusable
For some reason, the font is enormous on both my ipad and iphone which makes the app completely unusable as I only see a few letters of each word. I have to use the website instead. Love the FabFitFun service though.
