Where's the option to turn in your to tix?

This app sounded good but makes no sense. There is supposed to be an option for season ticket holders to turn in tickets but I can't find it. The scan barcode feature also didn't work for me. The only option I have is to upgrade my seats when it says I can turn them in for credit. They need to make the app easier to use.

Confused

I received first an email then a text the following day that there is an upgrade available, when I confirmed my upgrade, I got different info, so I called the ph # on the upgrade app & the person that I talked to negated my purchase. Oh well, I guess I will find out if I sit in the nosebleed section ( my original) or in the 100 level :0(

Doesn't work

Tried to put in my ticket codes (season ticket holder) but it rejects them every time. Tech support was underwhelming.
