Ridiculous rates

I’ve been a customer for YEARS and my rates have not decreased at all. This is crazy! I enjoy the ease and convenience but I gotta jump ship to save some money 😒

BEST INSURANCE APP I’VE SENN

I have had insurance with 3 different companies before and by far Esurance has the best app. It is so thorough and simple plus it has a lot of cool things you can do directly from the app. I can even order pizza or catch a taxi or even an Uber. This app is awesome!!

This company is a fraud

Try to cancel your policy. You can’t do that! If you call them and wait for some time, and demand they cancel your policy, they will tell you owe “early termination fee”. In my case, it was not early, it was 10 days or so before renewal. They are not talking about not returning some of your money, they talk about charging MORE even if you want to walk away! Don’t even think of leaving them your credit card details!!! And BTW, you can’t add insurance card to apple wallet if you have a motorcycle insurance.
