Car reserved not available

I reserved a midsize suv after waiting in line almost 2 hrs had to settle for a full size suv because they were sold out costing us 10 dollars a day more plus more gas that’s why we reserved the car

Exspeedia

You mislead me on my reservation to this motel, this is not a super8 as advertised!!!! Not very good for your business as knowing the hotels you advertise and I will delete my app with you and use your competitors instead. Very sad on your parts don’t very disappointed with the hotel as well. This hotel should advertise the truth and not faulty advertise to get business. Sorry , very unhappy.

Bad Business

I was charged for a hotel stay that I canceled 20 minutes after making the reservation using the mobile app. Mobile app has my reservation listed as canceled. Contacted the hotel and they assured me the reservation was canceled without charge. Totally unable to reach a live person in customer service and the automated system is no help. Filed a dispute with my credit card company, and it appears that Expedia wouldn’t cooperate in the inquiry. I wouldn’t recommend Expedia under any circumstance. Thanks Dissatisfied Customer

Very Misleading Text

Very poor app these days. There are often cases of misleading text on the page. For example, I booked a flight and the headline was “Fully Refundable if Canceled within 24 Hours.” Great, I wasn’t sure about a trip and I booked it relying on the headline text. When I went to cancel it, they referred me to the small print below that said, if the carrier charges a penalty, they pass that on. Total scam as the headline makes you think Expedia is doing something for their customers... which is obviously not the case... they are just maximizing revenues with cheap marketing tricks. I deleted this app and will never go back.
