Worst

I can't even believe this app is real, it's very basic that's for sure. Nothing to it at all. I really wish they would step up their game and offer more!

Not well thought out!

App needs to be updated so that you can view pictures of the cashed checks like the old app. I've been patiently waiting for a few years hoping it was on the works but nothing so far!

Updating? Every time I use it?

This app is very annoying. I have an app on my phone so I do not need to go on a website to check my account. I have to wait for it to update every time I use it. This might be the last straw for me and this bank. I feel nickel and dimed already and my other banking app is so much better. Time to consolidate.

Eastern bank needs to update and upgrade the app. It would be nice if they includes monthly statements.

Most times when I try to open the app it say it is temporarily unavailable. Very frustrating.

Great app and bank

Love this app as well as the bank. It's so nice being able to deposit a check just by simply taking a picture! Very easy and fast to use!
