Dirk van den Broek opent op 13 juni 1942 op 18-jarige leeftijd in Amsterdam zijn eerste melkwinkel. In 1948 start hij de eerste zelfbedieningszaak van Amsterdam. Het familiebedrijf Dirk van den Broek omvat 120 winkels met een kwaliteitsdiscountformule. Dirk winkels zijn gevestigd in Noord- en Zuid-Holland, Noord-Brabant, Utrecht, Gelderland, Flevoland, Overijssel, Friesland en Zeeland. De supermarktketen is sinds 1 januari 2009 onderdeel van Detailresult Groep NV. Detailresult Groep NV heeft behalve diverse supermarktformules ook eigen productiebedrijven, diverse distributiecentra, verscentrales en transport. Niet alle aanbiedingen worden weergegeven . Tevens mis ik de totaalprijs bij het boodschappenlijstje, dus beter zonder app.

Waardeloze app

Laadt slecht, blokkeert en maakt slecht verbinding in de winkel. IOS is up to date dus daaraan ligt het niet

Veel foutmeldingen

De laatste tijd met grote regelmaat foutmeldingen. Gescande lijst ineens verdwenen of als barcode om af te rekenen wordt gescand krijg je de melding dat de code niet correct is.

Slechte zoekfunctie...

Producten zoeken lukt me echt niet.... ‘Daily chef’ maaltijden.. , blauwe bessen, appels... Niets verschijnt in de zoekresultaten terwijl deze producten toch echt in het assortiment zitten... Sommige zijn wel te vinden door door de producten te bladeren..ook irritant dat je met het ‘swipen’ door een productcategorie aan het eind gewoon in de volgende categorie terecht komt... zoek je in fruit dan zie je ineens vlees en vis voorbij komen... kortom... ik ervaar het als een slechte app

Als ik de app open loopt hij vast in ziek mijn winkel. Opnieuw installeren werk ook niet.

Werkt niet en niemand weet hoe het wel werkt

Zou handig moeten zijn maar na het scannen kan niemand mij vertellen hoe ik moet afrekenen. Kost alleen maar meer tijd. NIET GEBRUIKEN!!!!
