Good idea, but terrible app

When it works, the app is very good. You can choose from a long list of plans and manage your account easily. The problem is that the app simply doesn't work. About 90% of the time you just get an error message saying "This feature is temporarily unavailable. Please try again later." But it's not temporarily unavailable, it's persistently unavailable! I only give it a second star because the idea is good. But the app is seriously terrible.

Updates are late.

Update : 13/4/2017 app widget finally works after two months. Chat function added. Data plans finally load without crash. One more star added. Update : 29/1/2017 app widget unable to load account balance and data balance. The app crashes on loading my data plans. Otherwise it has steadily improved especially the widget function

Absolutely No Use

This App needs a do-over. There was never a time when all the features worked but at least the "bill pay" section (alone) used. From Jan 2017, however, not even that works and now my bill is overdue. 👎🏾

If Only it Worked

This would be a really nice app, if only it worked. When I first downloaded, it worked well. And it is very convenient. However, now it is totally unreliable! I have called Digicel directly and they are Totally clueless! Either they know nothing of the issues or they have no idea how to fix it.
