Download the application twice and it does not work at all. What a waste of time.

Bugs on FaceID login.

It "forgets" my faceID every few days after I setup the faceID.

Keeps forgetting Face ID

So irritating that the app keeps forgetting the registered FaceID. Makes the app useless as it is really not feasible to remember zillion passwords all the time.

MD Live not working

The app is good except the virtual care MD Live. The app freezes when I was at a page where it asks for pharmacy information. Tried many times but same thing happened. Couldn’t get virtual care help through this app. Had to call to get help.

Tele health not working...

First when start you fill everything and pass to pharmacy press find by location ... bumm stop and close ... them fill that manually by found the info in maps , now look good continue normal but when is time to pay ( $10 coinsurance, yes pay! ) the expiration date CAN NOT work , not have to add the info or write manually.. what??? Now I can’t used or talk whit the doctor. Is Memorial Day .... continue whit my problem up to tomorrow see the doctor office.
