Sitzen, Nachbessern

Leider nicht brauchbar als Mobile App. Technisch funktioniert vieles: Transaktionen, Statements, Kartenübersicht aber leider sind die Daten nicht aktuell sondern 1-2 Tage alt! Im „Ernstfall“ will nach einigen Minuten sehen ob eine Transaktion mit dem korrekten Betrag im System ist! Blödsinnig und mühsam ist, dass der SMS code nicht kopiert werden kann, sondern von Hand eingegeben werden muss. Isch halt e schwizer App, alles e chli eifach und langsam gstrickt.

La pagina web e fatta malissimo nn puoi neanche generare una password e coppiarla sulla loro pagina perche delle finestre informative si aprovo e impediscono di incollare la password Poi una volta annunciato nella pagina web sempre fatta malissimo, fai il logout e provi ad entrare tramite lapplicazione e nn funziona. Io servizio della banca e aperto solo dall lunedi al venerdi e solo a certi orari Quindi per uno che e all estero e ha 11 ore di fusorario nn ce la possibilita di entrare in contatto. Tutto questo durante delle vacanze. Meglio avere una master card a pagamento e evitare certe perdite di tempo e di nervi nella vita

PDF-Download nicht möglich!?!?!

Grundsätzlich gut aufgebaut. Aber wenn ich nur die Transaktionen des aktuellen Monats sehen kann und die Rechnungen nicht heruntergeladen werden können, ist das Ganze nur bedingt brauchbar. Das Problem existiert bereits seit jeher. Leider wollte der Kundendienst nicht auf das Problem eingehen. Wahrlich nicht Kundenfreundlich!
