Food good, app disgusting
Why force pickup time at the beginning of the order? It only allows like a 15 minute gap. This means you only have that time to choose what you want to eat, enter your payment, and hope the app does not stall on you. By the time I’m ready to pay for the order the schedule pick up time has gone by. Horrible app design. Love the food but hate using this app. Also, make the app compatible with older iPhones, your programmers are just lazy if they only make it fast for newer iPhones.

Liked the Old Version Better
I don’t like having half the ingredients ore filled. Would rather just build my own bowl like Chipotle does. Why does it have to be complicated? Just make a list and let me choose, instead of having to alter ingredients inside circles in a paragraph, that I can’t even tell what they are? I get what the intention was here, it does ‘look’ good but as someone who doesn’t order on a regular basis, the older version was much simpler and easier to use IMO.

Cute but not useable
The ordering process is not easy just give me a selection list don’t make me edit your marketing paragraph. Also make it where you can edit your CC not only add new.

Website easier to order from
I downloaded the app because we started to order online more and more. I wanted an easier way to order so I figure their app would do the trick. Nope. After several attempts to figure out how how to order what we normally order (it just wasn’t intuitive) I ended up going back to their website to place our order. Their website is so much easier to navigate.

Upcharge
They upcharge on the amount you pay is baffling. Never seen an app that so liberally rounds up the price.
