Catawiki hosts weekly auctions for collectors. Examples of past items we have auctioned off include a lock of NapoleonÍs hair, a mammoth skeleton, various large meteorites, and the most expensive Lego set ever produced. In 2015, Catawiki won the Deloitte Fast500 as Europe's fastest growing company. Every month, our website is visited millions of times by registered users worldwide.

Très beau site, bien fait, beaux produits, à priori.
J’ai fait plusieurs achats, attention les frais sont assez importants, 8% plus le transport, ça pique.
Mais le vrai soucis, c’est en cas de problème, il n’y a plus personne, pas du tout de support et les experts sont aux abonnés absents, il vaut donc mieux faire attention.

Great concept not so great expertise and service
The idea is great and when there are no problems it’s fine, but when there is an issue with a listing don’t expect any help/service/communication from catawiki. They make their own rules and are very rude. Friendly phone staff, but they have limited powers because the experts control the listings. The “experts” supposedly have knowledge about thousands of things, which is is not possible. They are inconsistent (same item not accepted one day and accepted the next), they change the listing without consent and get rude if you ask a legit question. They act arrogantly and annoyed, forgetting the fact they are the ones getting paid because WE choose their platform to sell (and buy) OUR stuff. Also, the pictures in de app are cut off/cropped differently than on the website, causing objects to show up as a “zoomed in” version of the original. Soon as an alternative becomes available with better expertise and polite customer service, I will never use Catawiki again.
