Established in 1935, we are a small distillery located in the Yucatan Peninsula in the town of MŽrida, Mexico. Inspired by the traditions of the Mayan culture, we produce authentic, exotic and natural rum liqueurs. Our founder Carlos DÕAristi was a true pioneer with a passion for adventure, flavor and culture, and at a young age set out to travel the Yucatan Peninsula in search Mayan traditions. After discovering an ancestral drink of the Mayan people, he returned home to create his own version. Since creating this cornerstone product, Xtabentœn, our company has grown to include a portfolio of over 20 artisanal products, including rums, premium liqueurs and aguardientes, all made in our hacienda with locally sourced fruits, sugar cane, honey and spices. With a presence in seven markets, our products have gained international recognition for their quality ingredients and artisanal production process. At Casa DÕAristi, every bottle has a story.
