Hard to sign up , once signed up no posts or responses

When you leave a loved one at a home you are desperate for info regarding their adjustment. I immediately signed up for Caremerge to get updates and send messages. The sign up took days after repeated requests. Now I am signed up I have gotten no response to messages over 2 weeks, no activities have been posted, my loved ones room number is incorrect. I understand how busy caregivers are so I can see why it is not attended to. my complaint is that this app was emphasized as a communication tool but it is not.

Worst ever

This is without a doubt the worst app I have ever used. I feel absolutely trapped, because it is the only way to connect with the caretakers for my dad. Functionality comes and goes. Ability to access through a browser comes and goes. I try to use the app on my iPhone, and the text that I am typing is hidden so I am unable to see or send what I have just typed. Therefore, it appears I'm not responding to the staff. Frustration is off the charts. Good luck changing the password. I recommend begging the institution where your loved ones reside to use a different app. Family access is unbearable. Since I can't seem to access the system, how am I supposed to call them and tell them about these problems?

Mixed bag

I have had mixed results using this app. They want the password changed too often. Why? Who would hack this app? Sometimes it was stuck. Sometimes gave multiple notifications. Sometimes it works fine. Has been frustrating but its a link, and nice to have with someone far away.

Core Foundation Framework
Core Foundation is a framework that provides fundamental software services useful to application services, application environments, and to applications themselves. Core Graphics
The Core Graphics framework is based on the Quartz advanced drawing engine. It provides low-level, lightweight 2D rendering with unmatched output fidelity. Core Location Framework
The Core Location framework lets you determine the current location or heading associated with a device. The framework uses the available hardware to determine the user’s position and heading. You use the classes and protocols in this framework to configure and schedule the delivery of location and heading events. You can also use it to define geographic regions and monitor when the user crosses the boundaries of those regions. In iOS, you can also define a region around a Bluetooth beacon.
Foundation Framework
The Foundation framework provides a base layer of functionality for apps and frameworks, including data storage and persistence, text processing, date and time calculations, sorting and filtering, and networking. The classes, protocols, and data types defined by Foundation are used throughout the macOS, iOS, watchOS, and tvOS SDKs.
Launch Services
macOS Launch Services is an API that enables a running app to open other apps or their document files, similar to the Finder or the Dock.Launch Services eliminates apps having to query the Finder to open an app, document, or URL for them.
