Not stable or reliable!

Worked fine initially, and loved the flexibility of reading textbooks anywhere I went. But it did not take long before I ran into problems. It might have something to do with built-in security/verification feature, the app would show an error message, delete the textbook when I was reading it for a while without any network connection. However, after I connected back to wifi, even though I was able to download the textbook again, it would not let me read it. The minute I clicked on the textbook, the app will flash and shut down!

tooooo bad

too bad. purchase the ebook yesterday and couldn't open the file until today. I haven't received any responses from customer center... should I purchase hard copy to begin my study...z.?.. waste of time And money,!!,!
