Everytime I scan a code it says code not valid, and now the app just goes to a black screen when logging in. Using iPhone5s on ios7. I've tried to uninstall and reinstall still no success

I can scan the barcode available on yellow reward code label. It makes it so easy to earn the points using this app. It saves a lot of time.
