Horrible!
First of all, the app is in a different language that I obviously do not understand, why is that? Second, the app is completely slow and takes a long time to load. Deleted after a few seconds of downloading. Complete waste of space, don't download this. Waste of time. Does not even deserve 1 star.

Accounts Framework
The Accounts framework provides access to user accounts stored in the Accounts database.
