Horrible upgrade-hasn’t worked yet.

Clicked new app icon & internet error appeared twice (despite full WIFi -including enough to have just downloaded the app). Then it just got hung up on the B image & never proceeded PLUS the original app won’t work either.

I like it but...

So I really like what they are trying to do here, the interface is clean and easy to use/understand. They also added in every feature I could want, I love that my BFCU credit card info is in the same place now. That all being said the app is painfully slow a lot of the time and sometimes I press a button and nothing happens or nothing loads. Also since the December 14 update the app stopped working, when I open it the log in text boxes fail to load, I just get the blue/green screen.

The worst

Absolutely the worst App on my phone. Why did you have to make this app and the on line access page so confusing. The old app was so much better and simpler. Now you need to search forever to complete operations. If you pay your bills on line it doesn’t even give you a running account of what you have paid. Prior to this garbage the list of all the bills you paid at that time were in the top right corner. It took less then 5 minutes to pay 6 bills. Face recognition doesn’t seem to work either and I have to reset the app to get to a sign in with the password.

Wow, they took a working app and completely broke it

This is an update. Originally I gave a one star review because when I first installed the new BFCU app it was completely broken. But I think they fixed my issues. Takes a little getting to, the interfere is a little busy but it seems to work good now. --------------------------------------------------------- Can't transfer money, widgets aren't visable, couldn't log off. The absolute WORST "upgrade" Scary that this is a banking app, they should have tested it before forcing people to upgrade. Might be time to bank elsewhere.

Font is too small

The app does not seem to respect the font size setting in the iphone, font is fixed and too small for me. Most other updated apps look fine. Also it does not fully utilize the iPhone X screen. Loading data is slow too. Otherwise it is good, support, faceID, more informative screens, etc.

Not even close

I love Bethpage and that I can now see my accounts and credit card in all one spot. But that’s about it. The app is so slow. All the extra features did not make it easier to navigate. So much time is wasted waiting for the app to open past the home screen. Wasted side tabs. The previous version was better even though that was slow too. Can’t set up all my notification. Very time consuming for something that should be simple.
