Cannot restore subscription

Got a paid yearly subscription. Worked fine. Then got a new phone. Cannot restore subscription. There's a button for it, but it doesn't respond at all. Cancelling subscription.

Accounts Framework
The Accounts framework provides access to user accounts stored in the Accounts database.
