We lost a lot of clients.

Mobile chat is not responsive at all. Sometimes it covers our entire website and the website is not even usable afterwards. Our business lost about 5% of its clients due to chat buggyness. We made a mistake by comparing prices when deciding with chat system to go with. The support staff doesn't accept they have issues even after sending screenshots nor happy to give a refund.

Simple

I like this app. It's simple & easy to use it was easy to set up on the website. I wish the setting sounds & notifications vibration patterns could be changed. I often miss chats because I didn't hear or feel the incoming notification! Thanks

I have been using pure chat for 5 months now. It was simple to load on my website and easy to use. I like how it works on my computer and cellphone.
