Update the app, almost useless on iPhone 6

Using this app on iPhone 6s Pros: can view account detail, can view logins. Can view contacts. Cons: cannot enter time entry summary. Cannot view any pages that go beyond page 1. Cannot enter ticket note summary. Cannot view configuration items past page 1. Cannot view existing ticket notes or time entries. Cannot view tickets beyond page 1. This app is buggy. Reading the other reviews makes it very clear this app is not getting the needed DEV time. We have 5 paid licenses and I'm signeded up for one of those licenses . We should be able to get all the features. If this app updated and addressed the issues that would be awesome.

Does not work

Fully updated iPhone and iPad have the same results. I have a hard time believing any effort was put into this "app". It does not load and if it does decide to make it past login it's useless.

Neglected app desperately needs improvement

I have been using Autotask for over five years and must say that The mobile app has always left much to be desired, namely reliability. App closes frequently. Times out after only moments. Half of the Scripts in the library do not work. It maybe has a quarter of the functionality of the portal at best. I would like to see a more reliable application with an enhanced interface that has access to more of the essential tools. The only thing that works great on it is log me in but of course this is only useful on a tablet.

Core Graphics

Launch Services
