UNRELIABLE

If it worked consistently it would be a nice tool to use. The app works sporadically! As was mentioned in another review after entering all your data for days at a time the data suddenly disappears. I never log out of the app but suddenly I have to keep logging in and entering a password that it does not recognize and then I have to change the password again. As of late quite a few of the app carb counts differ from the packaging carb counts. Moving on to Weight Watchers...

Disappointed

This is ridiculous. This is a well known name brand. You would think they would have a better app. Especially at the prices they charge for kits. I signed up and within 2 hrs I was locked out and have not been able to log in since. Is a definite deterrent from even using their diet. If I could give 0 stars I would have. What a disappointment..😡

Working again

All my info is missing again. Don't they get that this app is important to people? I'm diabetic, and try to use this every day. Please fix it and leave it fixed. Today I was able to login, and my prior info was all there. Thank God!!!! All seems to be working fine. Last night I tried to enter my supper, found all the foods I had previously entered were gone. Looked back a few days, found all meal info gone. Now I can't even get app to open. It asks me to login, says my info is wrong. I try to reset my password, it just spins. All my carb info gone.........,,sigh.
