Location is poor

Apartment list keeps sending me to Chicago area when I want to be in the suburbs. I thought it was because of my settings but my friend has the same settings and getting better offers (we are also same location while researching).

Sooo much spam, and no responses

Most importantly, none of the buildings I contacted through this app responded. I probably contact 20 or so. Not a single one responded. But also, oh my god they send so many useless emails. They email you when you like an apartment, then 2-5 more times within 24 hours about the same apartment. They’re all automated emails that offer nothing useful. They’re just cluttering up my inbox while I’m trying to look out for responses from any of the people I contacted (and I received none). Just not a useful app at all.

I can’t even use the app

This is the most frustrating experience. The app keeps taking me in a loop when I try to login. I get the text link and when I click on it, it won’t let me login and keeps showing an error. Then it takes me back to the login screen. Worst app ever.

Unable to Use

Completely unable to use as it emailed me a confirmation to sign in, and the app refused to be pulled up (safari instead). Please fix the mechanics of this!

Literally just a crap interface

You open the app and it asks you to log in... cool so far. Enter your email and it sends a “magic link”. You then open the email for the link and it takes you to a web browser with a drop down that says open the app. Then it wants you to enter your email again for another magic link... this cycle repeats over and over. I will literally fix this free of charge because it aggravated me to the point I went to a different site.
