Anne Arundel Medical Center (AAMC), a regional health system headquartered in Annapolis, Md., serves an area of more than one million people. Founded in 1902, AAMC includes a 380-bed not-for-profit hospital, a medical group, imaging services, a substance use treatment center, and other health enterprises. In addition to a 57-acre Annapolis campus, AAMC has outpatient pavilions in Bowie, Kent Island, Odenton and Waugh Chapel. Good but bugs

Update: if you use the app called MyChart and choose luminis it fixes all the issues and had an updated layout A good overall app but it has bugs. In the account settings tab: Face ID: when you enable the feature the app hangs and Face ID is not enabled. Passcode unlock: if you check the box there is no option that pops up to set the passcode.

Doesn’t work

Can never get past the login screen. If I try to reset my password, it sends me to a blank screen.

Website is better

This app used to be great. I don’t know what changed, but it no longer works properly in dark mode. I can’t see messages at all, they’re just blacked out. I can also no longer use Face ID to login. Every time I try, it freezes up on the settings mode. Needs a major fix to be good again!

Finger print not working

There are many complaints here about face recognition, finger print not working. I have the exact same problem. Once fixed I will up the stars. Other than that it is a pretty good app.

Functionality decline

Used to be able to open and use this app with no problem. Now I input my password and nothing ever loads.

Good but...

It’s a good app but it doesn’t allow me to use the account settings that I want. It just constantly says loading and then doesn’t do anything else after that which forces me to close to app.
