Senza di loro nessun risarcimento!

Non so come avrei fatto senza di loro, i tempi si sono rivelati molto lunghi ma NON per colpa del servizio che offrono ma dalle tempistiche assurde della compagnia aerea. Se si ha pazienza e si invia tutta la documentazione necessaria si occuperanno per conto vostro dell’iter burocratico per il ricorso. Alla fine mi hanno trattenuto il 50% ma non avrei ottenuto nulla se non disse stato per loro, quindi tutto di guadagnato! grazie

One year - no refund

Flight was cancelled hours before my birthday and I got stuck in Frankfurt for 12+hours, while my wife was waiting for me in Rome. Almost a year since - no refund still. Scammers for sure.

What help?

It took more than one year to start the claim, and another year passed with no update except for an automatic email that asks to be patient but brings nothing else. 2 years and a half and still haven’t received confirmation that the compensation will arrive, let alone when will it arrive.
