Would be really nice if it ever worked

Note: the following represents my own personal opinion and experience with this app/service, and does not necessarily reflect the opinion of my company or colleagues. I've heard from some coworkers that AirCall works great, and from others who have even more trouble than I do. Your mileage may vary. I love the concept of AirCall. For my work, it is potentially a very important tool! Unfortunately, that potential hasn't been met in the year-plus I've been using it. If you have a less than perfect internet connection, be ready to suffer abysmal call quality and frustrating app crashes. If you're on wifi, get ready for the app to simply never place a call. If you have less than flawless LTE reception, I sure hope you don't expect any incoming calls to actually make your phone ring! Oh, and I hope you didn't intend to use this app *at all,* because the latest version broke something and calls no longer have any audio (on an iPhone 7 Plus, iOS 10.2). Update 12/22/16: the developer claims that the outgoing call audio issue has been resolved. I will test the app more and update this review again; if this issue has indeed been fixed, the app may even be worthy of two stars!

Without a doubt my worst phone experience.

I have sprint. So clearly I don't have the highest standards when it comes to phone service. However Aircall has somehow made me wish I had a sprint business plan. This app has given me more anxiety than Isis and the Jets combined. The amount of dropped calls, times I've tried to make a call (unsuccessfully) and crashes are abhorrent. Never Again!

Can't receive calls

You can make calls but can NOT receive calls. How great it would be if that would work. There is a workaround by forwarding incoming calls to your number (but not for free).
