Customer service is absolutely horrible

If you have any issues they pass you around for 3 days and then simply email you back saying they can’t help you. They don’t say why and what all you could do to follow up or anything. Then when you call to ask, they say sorry we will call you and never do and the cycle repeats.

Airbnb had terrible customer service.

Airbnb had a terrible customer service. They ask me to leave in the middle of my stay. But saying it due to privacy reason they cannot tell me the reason. But the house is great and the host is a super host with great review. And Airbnb said will compensate for hotel fee with about $200 which is impossible to find since today is holiday. Plus, we are 2 families with 8 people. When I keep asking the customer service to tell me reason and reasonable compensation (at least find me a similar size with similar location house), or I won’t leave. Then hang up on me. What the...

Nightly rates mean nothing

The cost and functionality of this app has become completely useless. The nightly rate is just some arbitrary number, when hosts can just tack on hundreds of dollars worth of various fees. At the end of the day, I can get three rooms at a Hilton for cheaper then an average house rental on here. What on earth is an “owners fee” anyway. I mean really. How can you claim something has a nightly rate if it’s no where near the actual nightly rate. Don’t waste your time.

Terrible customer service, good hosts

This is specifically about the Airbnb iOS app and Airbnb’s terrible customer service. My hosts have been excellent and I’ve been happy with the places I’ve stayed. I spent 30 mins on the chat with “Carlos” from Airbnb support. I explain a bug in the app where I could not switch payment types for 3 days. I’m a software engineer and I know what a bug looks like. I was trying to help. After patiently explaining the problem for half an hour, I’m told there are no other reports of this problem and to make a second report on the Airbnb website. Why did I just spend 30 mins talking to support if they won’t even make a report of the situation? What a waste of time. I will think hard about using this service in the future which is unfortunate because I’ve liked the places I’ve stayed.

成为管家体验极差，客服一周都未解决问题

本人5月22日向客户反映成为管家过程中，无法收到确认邮件的问题。目前仍无法成为房源管家（其余咨询、提醒邮件使用均正常），客服给予的回答是让我升级客户端处理，并表示后台技术人员查询确实已经发送了邮件。 本人声明从未收到任何一封确认成为管家的邮件，但莫名其妙成为了两家房源的管家？爱彼迎内部流程混乱，这种小问题一周多的时间无法解决，并于今天5月2日给我发消息称问题已解决。 寄人篱下，申诉难！只能通过给差评，让大家知道爱彼迎有多差！虽然我这次申诉不涉及到任何金钱问题，但是下次您使用爱彼迎App，如果遇到相关金钱问题，我相信客服同样也是不作为，拖时间！最后提醒：使用爱彼迎请三思！
