In 2006, we founded wunschgrundstück GmbH with the aim of establishing a portal on the Internet, which is tailored to the needs of municipalities and development companies and gives them the opportunity to market construction areas professionally and centrally online. The portal wunschgrundstueck.de used by the company Terramag GmbH from Hanau to market its own building development projects up to that point quickly gained in size and significance with its unique setting - the optimal representation of municipal residential and commercial areas.
In addition, there was the development of demand-driven products for commercial and private property providers. For real estate providers and property seekers we are appreciated for our unique offers and personal customer service. In the year 2016 the relaunch and the renaming of the portal in wunschimmo.de were made due to the great success and the increasingly diverse property offers. Today wunschimmo.de is among the leading real estate portals in Germany with its concept, which is fundamentally different from other portals.
With the renaming of wunschgrundstück GmbH to immovativ GmbH , the next logical step in company history followed in May 2017.
