Schöne App,aber..

tchibo Reisen ist nicht direkt in dem Menü zu finden,nur über eine Themenwelt ganz am Ende der Seite und nach dem Öffnen ist die Seite nicht dem Telefonbildschirm angepasst,man muss quer scrollen und kippen geht auch nicht...ansonsten gute App,alles andere funktioniert

Bei mir ist es genauso. Das Update lädt nicht bis zum Schluss! App lässt sich nicht löschen vom Handy, um sie neu zu installieren...!!!

Funktioniert nicht mehr!

Es ist schade, daß man eine vorher so gut funktionierende App derart verkommen läßt. Bisher habe ich gerne und oft über die App eingekauft, nun klappt es allerdings nicht mehr. Der Login gelingt nur noch zufällig und "Mein Tchibo Mobil" ist gar nicht mehr zu erreichen, obwohl ich es zur Kontrolle meiner Mobilfunkdaten regelmäßig benötige. Als Kunde wird man sauer, weil sich trotz etlicher Beschwerden nichts zum Besten wendet und nicht wertgeschätzt fühlt.

Sehr langsam! Einiges funktioniert nicht!

Viel zu langsam! Wenig übersichtlich! Lösch-Funktion bei Merkliste funktioniert nicht! Wenn man ganz runtergescrollt hat, muss man wieder ganz nach oben scrollen um auf die vorangegangene Seite zu gelangen! Meine Bestellungen werden zurzeit automatisch storniert - habe den Kontakbutton benutzt und mittlerweile zwei Nachrichten geschickt, Fazit: Seit Wochen keine Rückmeldung!
