Exchange

I had an issue where the glasses that I tried on in store (Daisy-wide frame) had mistakenly been ordered in the narrow size. When I received them, they were not at all what I had expected! I called the service line and the representative that I spoke to was great. She set up the exchange and sent me the correct glasses and only took all but three minutes to do so. It could not have been an easier or smoother process. I highly recommend purchasing glasses from Warby Parker!

“OK” Glasses

Frames feel cheap compared to the price I paid for them - I’ve had them for less than a week and already are loose. “OK” expensive glasses for in a pinch.

Fantastic service

On 19-Apr, I had an eye appointment (in your Oak Brook Illinois location) as I was due for a visit. The store was clean, the staff was safe, and the optometrist working that evening was incredibly professional and personable. Despite me likely being her 10th or 15th of the day, the attention to detail and thorough exam was great. She explained the whole process and educated me on what was going on with my vision. I really appreciate her going above and beyond. You have earned a customer moving forward. Keep up the great work.

Misleading Commercial

So I have seen the commercial dozens of times touting the virtual try on for glasses and so I downloaded the app and not one of the glasses that I clicked on was part of that feature. I even started randomly clicking any style of glasses and none of them allowed for that. I am not sure which styles are a part of the virtual try on, but I never found them. UPDATE: The response from the developer only reinforces my belief that commercial is misleading and that the technology is limited.

Well designed but seems broken

The app asked me to measure my PD but tapping the button didn’t do anything. The Orders page also doesn’t show anything even three weeks later. The website works.
